Job Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor team members on products and services.

  • Develop strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
  • Establish yourself as a mortgage expert, maintaining good relationships and providing financial recommendations.

    • Required Qualifications:

    • At least three years of mortgage lending and sales experience in retail banking.
    • Knowledge of the local real estate market.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Understanding of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with FHA/VA sales.
    • Skills in marketing, relationship building, and consulting.
    • Intermediate PC skills.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or real estate.
