About the RoleThe role of the Global Distribution Enablement Lead is to work with Sales Leaders, Wholesalers, Relationship Managers, and Business Partners to define, design, and drive adoption of a technology-led sales organization. This role will also be responsible for working with the Technology team to ensure clear business requirements while working with end users to ensure that technology and data are fully implemented and leveraged. The successful candidate will be practical, action-oriented, and demonstrate strong business judgment. The sales enablement function will operate as part of our Client & Product Strategy (“CPS”) team, which serves as the firm's center of excellence for industry and competitive insights and collaborates closely with product and sales teams across our Client Platform.

Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary range for this position is USD 80,000 - 180,000, which considers factors like skills, experience, and education.
