Job Summary:

Join our QC Chemistry team at Bayer Berkeley site as a skilled professional responsible for the chemical evaluation of raw materials. Your role will involve performing routine release testing of raw materials and drug products, conducting QC assays, and maintaining laboratory organization and cleanliness. Utilize your expertise in wet chemistry and instrumentation analysis to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of high-quality products to patients. Responsibilities:

Perform routine release testing of raw materials and drug products

Conduct QC assays using a variety of wet chemistry techniques

Maintain laboratory organization and cleanliness

Follow established safety practices when handling chemicals

Adhere to cGMP testing standards

Skills:

Experience with simple instruments such as pH meters, conductivity meters, TOC analyzers, and osmolality meters

Proficiency in wet chemistry techniques including titrations, gravimetric tests, limit tests, heavy metals analysis, etc.

Familiarity with pharmacopoeia standards such as USP-NF, EP, JP, ChP

Strong knowledge of cGMP testing requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field

4-6 years of experience in a similar role
