The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of program management methodologies, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution of mission-critical projects. As a key leader in our organization, you will drive program execution, process optimization, and organizational alignment to ensure Nile delivers best-in-class networking and security services. Your mission: ensure Nile achieves operational excellence in a high-growth, high-impact environment.Responsibilities:•Define and implement program management strategies, aligning cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.•Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones and KPIs are met.•Develop and manage program roadmaps, driving alignment between engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.•Establish governance frameworks, risk management practices, and agile workflows to enhance operational efficiency.•Partner with executive leadership to drive prioritization, resource allocation, and decision-making for high-impact projects.•Optimize product launch programs, customer deployments, and operational initiatives to improve time-to-market and customer satisfaction.•Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, driving high-performance execution across teams.•Monitor key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve execution and business outcomes.Qualifications:•Minimum of 10 years of program management experience, preferably in networking, cloud, or enterprise technology sectors.•Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and other program management methodologies with experience leading cross-functional teams.•Proven track record of driving high-impact strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.•Exceptional ability to align stakeholders, manage risks, and drive execution excellence.•Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.•Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing executive decision-making.•Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.•PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
