- Greet service customers warmly and determine the purpose of their visit
- Direct customers to the correct department and notify team members accordingly
- Professionally answer and direct incoming phone calls (or take detailed messages)
- Assist with service appointment scheduling
- Help customers with loaner vehicles and maintain accurate documentation
- Drive vehicles to and from service areas and parking lots as needed
- Keep the service lounge and caf clean and stocked with refreshments
- Maintain a friendly, efficient, and customer-first attitude at all times
- Support other dealership operations and duties as requested
- Navigate both indoor and outdoor areas in all weather conditions
