Indrotec is looking for experienced Production Mixing Technicians to join the expanding QualiTech team in Chaska, MN!

In this role, youll play a vital part in crafting high-quality food and specialty products, using state-of-the-art equipment in a dynamic production environment. Youll take charge of manufacturing duties, machine operations, and production processes, all while ensuring the highest standards in quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately assemble ingredients and record data on production paperwork.
• Follow blend sheets to create precise, customer-ready products.
• Operate equipment like kettles, pumps, dye mixers, and mills.
• Mix and blend ingredients to ensure consistency and meet customer specifications.
• Practice strict food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe, clean workplace.
• Complete production paperwork with attention to detail and timeliness.

Requirements

• Capability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds frequently during shifts.
• Forklift operation skills (both stand-up and sit-down)training provided.
• Mixing/blending experience in a production environment (food manufacturing experience is highly desired).
• Strong mathematical skills with an ability to handle whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday 5:00am-1:30pm
• Monday - Friday 1:00pm-9:30pm
• Sunday-Thursday 9:00pm-5:30am

Benefits: Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines. Earned Sick and Safe time is accrued and can be used per the State of MN guidelines.
