Manhattanville Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is a 200-bed skilled nursing facility located in the Riverdale section of the Bronx. We invite you to experience the ideal, home-like environment where quality of life for our residents and staff is at the heart of all we do!The Registered Nurse-RN provides nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practice and regulations and as directed by the Director of Nursing.Charge Nurse Responsibilities
- Lead and support nursing staff on assigned units
- Oversee and coordinate resident care in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
- Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
- Maintain resident confidentiality and dignity
Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN):
- Valid RN License
- Must be in good standing with the State Registry
- Prior LTC & Rehab experience is a plus!
