MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center has an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics&Gynecology physician to join an established practice located in Mason City, Iowa.

- Busy practice with instant volume
- Both full-time and part-time available - very flexible scheduling!
- Join the team of three OBGYNs and one ARNP
- Approximately five days of call/month
- Newly remodeled clinic located on our main campus- close proximity to labor&delivery, lab, pharmacy, and Radiology with access to Perinatology consultation.
- Operating Room block time available five days a week specifically for OB/GYN Surgeons, including Robotic availability.
- Level II Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) staffed 24-hours by Pediatric Hospitalists and NICU Nurses with access to an on-site blood bank.
- In-house specialists available for consultation/collaboration in patient care, i.e., Cardiology, Orthopedics, Reconstructive Surgery, Anesthesiology, etc.

- BC/BE Must be board certified within 3 years of becoming eligible

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE

- 2-year income guarantee $400,000 per year plus, productivity incentives! (for full-time)
