Má Pêche (meaning mother peach ) is lead by Executive Chef Matthew Rudofker (James Beard 'Rising Star of the Year' finalist) and serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Additionally, the [BOH/FOH] services Fuku+, our Midtown location of our fried chicken sandwich shop. It is the only Momofuku restaurant that doesn't require a subway ride to get to if you're coming from the MoMA, the Theater District, Central Park, or work: it's in Midtown. We are looking for Service Attendants who will provide above and beyond service to guests in the Chambers Hotel and assist with general Má Pêche restaurant tasks. Responsibilities include:
