    • About the role:

    Join Scripps as Director, Payer Analytics where you will be responsible for all payer negotiations on behalf of Scripps Health. Using Strata's Axiom platform to review and model our contracts, this is the ideal position for a dynamic individual to lead this work and develop all our models to help achieve the best results for the system.

    Participate in establishing and ensuring achievement of the organization's strategic objective and lead strategic efforts of assigned areas.

    Provide functional expertise essential to support department directors and managers and/or executive team.

    Oversee budget for assigned areas. Direct standards of practice and process improvement activities.

    Oversee staffing matrices and possess authority to hire, conduct performance evaluations, and discipline employees.

    Direct policy and procedure formation for guiding and supporting the provisions of the service.
