Job Title: Senior Reporting Analyst Location: Onsite in Greenville, SC or Houston, TX (with potential for hybrid work) Position Overview This role focuses on data analysis, report and dashboard development using tools like SSRS and Power BI. The Senior Reporting Analyst exercises both technical and business judgment, contributing to enterprise-level reporting solutions. Responsibilities••Maintain planning, monitoring, and reporting processes and documentation.••Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.••Develop SQL Server Reports or Power BI dashboards.••Ensure reporting solutions meet end-user expectations.••Contribute to enterprise-level software development projects.••Participate in issue resolution and solution design with cross-functional teams.••Maintain documentation, coding standards, and user guides.••Stay current with trends and best practices in reporting and software development.••Promote DE&I principles across employees and contractors.••Ensure compliance with IT policies, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards.••Support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies.••Other duties as assigned.Qualifications••Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience, or 9 years of directly related experience in lieu of degree.••Expertise in SSRS report and/or Power BI dashboard development.••Experience working in a SQL database environment.••Knowledge of Microsoft Windows domain and Active Directory security.••Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.••Strong attention to detail and time management skills.••Understanding of relevant statutes, guidelines, and compliance standards.Working Conditions••Work may be performed in office settings or remotely in accordance with telecommuting policies.••Must be able to work in environments ranging from office spaces to project sites with varying physical and environmental conditions.
