Job DescriptionH2M architects + engineers, a multidiscipline architectural, engineering, environmental consulting firm based in NY and NJ, is currently looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our Marketing team.
We are looking for a passionate Marketing Communications Specialist to drive our internal and external communication initiatives, aligning with our strategic business goals for our Water & Wastewater Leads.
Position Highlights:
This key role will elevate our brand and reputation in major markets by sharing our stories with diverse audiences. You'll manage content, identifying and developing market initiatives into compelling narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate excels in writing and simplifying complex topics. You're adept at initiating and developing stories, events, and creative ideas, as well as executing projects efficiently. Highly motivated, you know how to organize efforts to achieve goals, working both independently and collaboratively.
You can navigate complex business environments with multiple stakeholders and engage audiences at all levels, whether in person or other platforms.
This position reports to the Corporate Communications Manager and will work closely with the entire Marketing Team.
Required Skills:
The salary range for this role is $66,500 - $87,000 annually.
The employment offer may deviate from this published range based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, specialty, knowledge, education, geography, and/or related certifications – not related to any applicant's characteristics protected by local, state or federal law.
Note: The salary or hourly rate indicated does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
