Executive Director Search
Community Action Pioneer Valley (CAPV) is launching a search for a new Executive Director. This is a unique opportunity to lead a vital, community-driven organization dedicated to providing critical anti-poverty programs in the Franklin, Hampshire, and North Quabbin Regions of Massachusetts. The Executive Director (ED) will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's strategic vision, fostering partnerships, and ensuring the delivery of impactful programs that address the needs of low-income individuals and families.
The new ED will champion the organization's equity, empowerment, and inclusion values while leading initiatives that strengthen community well-being and economic opportunity.
Founded in 1965, Community Action Pioneer Valley's mission is to assist people who have low incomes to achieve economic stability and security and build communities in which all people have the opportunity to thrive. Community Action Pioneer Valley works to eliminate poverty and promote economic security through a wide range of programs and services, including early education, youth development, family support programming, heating assistance, food pantry programs, and financial empowerment.
