PrideStaff Financial on behalf of their client located in Fort Lauderdale is looking for an experienced Construction Administrator who can assist with the day to day at a busy and growing constructions company. If you meet the requirements please apply now!Responsibilities:
- Creating and sending customer proposals
- Creating purchase orders to subcontractors
- Inputting invoices through QuickBooks
- Maintaining files
- Creating customer accounts, vendor accounts and new job orders
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills and must be able to prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in administration and customer service
- Team player with positive attitude.
- Bilingual is a plus!
- Construction background is a must!
