Workplace: Onsite in the Greater Seattle area

Pay rate: $23-38/hour DOE.

Overview

The Manufacturing Associate supports the production suite, Supervisor, and Manager. This role requires a clear understanding of the schedule and tasks to adequately respond to production demands.

Responsibilities:

Training and Skill Development:

• Active trainee assisting with bioprocess operations (cell culture expansion, bioreactor inoculation, filtration, recovery) and CIP/SIP operations.
• Learn GMP documentation and compliance requirements based on SOP.
• Support bioprocess operation improvement tasks and project activities.

Support and Communication:

• Deliver on all assigned tasks to support team goals.
• Communicate concepts and interact with others to gain understanding.
• Adhere to the company code of conduct.

Supervision:

Follow direct instructions and guidance, steps, and tasks.

Bioprocess Operations:

• Perform bioprocess and CIP/SIP operations.
• Complete processing documentation and support risk reduction and efficiency improvement projects.
• Assist in compliance and technical development activities.

Support and Leadership:

• Support and potentially lead smaller initiatives.
• Communicate effectively and provide suggestions for action.
• Adhere to the company code of conduct.

Qualifications

Associate I:

BS/BA degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.

Associate II:

BS/BA degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
