Job Title: Warehouse Outbound Associate Location: Arlington, Tx. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a detailed orientated Outbound Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for packing / shipping goods correctly, accurately, and within a timely manner Compensation: $19.50/hr starting (90 day probation) Schedule: 7a-3p (no lunch), or 7a-4p (1hr unpaid lunch) 8a-5p Operations: Pre-peak Season (Jan-Aug) Mon-Sat Operating Days. Sundays off, and one weekday Peak Season (Sep-Dec) Sun-Sat Operating Days. Two weekdays off Responsibilities:
- Packing Fulfillment Orders
- Recording Carton and packing information
- Processing shipments according to transportation and logistic requirements
- General upkeep and cleaning of work space
- Labeling and Shipping fulfilled orders
- Loading and Storing completed orders
- Knowledge of all BTC and BTB orders shipping/ packing processes
- Cross training upon need

Minimum Experience:
- High school diploma/GED or Equivalent
- Ability to read and write english
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a daily basis
- Ability to stand continually for an 8hr shift
