No experience or college degree is required; advancement opportunities are available for those with show passion, skill and motivation.View job description.Requirements* Willing to work hard, able to learn and follow instructions.* Completed 10th grade of high school.* Valid driver's license and a good driving record.* Preferred: Basic construction experience.* Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.* Preferred: Ability to operate a manual transmission.Shifts6 to 10 hours per day, 4 to 6 days per week.Compensation* $20 to $36 per hour, depending on experience, talents and ambition.* Additional forms of compensation are listed in the Compensation accordion below.Basic functions* Performs tasks involving physical labor at residential, commercial, civil, industrial or agricultural projects.* May operate hand and power tools of all types; air hammers, tampers, cement mixers, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other tools and equipment.* May excavate and prepare sites, dig trenches, set forms or braces, clean up rubble and debris.* Assists concrete finishers in placing concrete.* Cleans and maintains tools, trucks and equipment.* Other duties as assigned.
