Assistant Project ManagerPosition Overview We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of construction projects for our multi-family, assisted living, tilt-ups, and commercial construction clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess strong communication skills.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare project reports and status updates to present to management and clients.
- Assist in the management of project budgets and resources.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on construction sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
- Experience working on multi-family, assisted living, tilt-ups, and commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with construction industry regulations and safety standards.
