Notice will be given to applicants at the earliest time possible.Minimum Requirements* Currently enrolled Bismarck State College Student* Must be 18 years of age.* Valid Class D driver's license.* Knowledge of outside maintenance tasks such as snow removal, etc.* Ability to operate heavy equipment.* Working knowledge of the methods, practices, tools, and materials used in general grounds maintenance.* Ability to perform semiskilled and skilled maintenance work on grounds equipment.Physical Demands:* Continuously - 66-100% - Use hands dexterously, talk or hear.* Frequently - 34-66% - Stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, lift up to 25 pounds* Occasionally - 1-33% - Climb or balance, stoop/kneel/crouch or crawl, taste or smell, or lift 50 pounds to more than 100 poundsAdditional InformationApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
