The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while managing client relationships and subcontractors effectively.Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, particularly in custom home building.
