About the Role The Account Executive will work within assigned brands to ensure implementation of all programs to meet/exceed clients' expectations What You'll Do Establish relationships with internal team and extended brand/client teams Job initiation, including development of Project Initiation Forms/project briefs and coordination with Project Manager on timeline development Oversee project execution against timelines Accountable for quality control on all assignments Provide client status reports/meetings, recaps Partner with Project Coordinator to ensure hotsheets are accurate and up to date and to ensure client submissions are accurate Determine/distribute necessary production quantities/delivery sites/schedules/target audience lists Communicate openly with additional agency partners, vendors, etc Manage finances by reviewing job cards and other reports and communicating status and areas of concern to agency account leadership Reviews creative execution to ensure work remains on-strategy and adheres to client identity/corporate guidelines Participate in/contribute to the development of agency POVs and annual client brand plan What You'll Need 1 year related pharmaceutical/healthcare experience from agency, marketing and/or medical education account management experience, or relevant internships Knowledge of healthcare and pharmaceutical practices in the US Excellent interpersonal skills Good organizational skills Exhibits strong attention to detail without losing the big picture The ability to work with staff to ensure high level implementation of all assigned tactics, budget and/or timeline project management Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and demonstrates flexibility as scenarios change Bachelor's Degree preferred How We'll Support You Ogilvy celebrates its people. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
