Withington Estates Service Technician I - Management Resource Development : Job Details

The Service Technician is responsible for assisting the Service Manager in all areas of property maintenance. The primary responsibilities of this position include completing apartment turnovers and servicing requests in a timely and courteous manner. Providing service to single family apartments including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, dry wall repair, residential painting, appliance repair or trouble shooting, overall grounds curb side appeal. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - 1-year related experience or training. - Valid Driver's License. - Able to work nights and weekends and be available for on call responsibilities. - Capable of lifting 50 lbs. - Must be able to pass a criminal background check. - Excellent customer service skills. - Able and eager to embody MRD Apartments Core Values daily.
