Vice President of Frontend Engineering

Company Overview

ListAcross is a channel management SAAS platform for peer-to-peer marketplaces. We are looking for a highly experienced and driven VP of Engineering to join our founding team, lead frontend and mobile development, and help us build and scale our platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the frontend roadmap for our SAAS platform, considering customer needs and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery.
• Develop, build, and maintain the frontend and mobile infrastructure using React and React Native for iOS and Android.
• Create new user journeys and ensure seamless integration with backend systems.
• Implement AI functionalities to improve user experience and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with React, React Native, JavaScript, Express.js, Go, and Node.js.
• 5+ years in product management, including road-mapping, user feedback analysis, rapid prototyping.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for development.
• Proficiency in client-side scripting, JavaScript frameworks, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Puppeteer, Selenium, and Selendroid is a plus.
• Familiarity with peer-to-peer marketplaces (eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc.) is essential.
• Experience with eCommerce and retail platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AI, LLMs, chatbots, and NLP is required.

Desired Skills

• Experience with scalable system design.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Compensation

• This is a founding team role with equity compensation based on experience. Upon achieving revenue milestones or raising additional funding, salary will be adjusted accordingly, potentially exceeding CEO compensation. The role offers significant upside with a product already in beta, a 40,000+ user waitlist, and backing from a prestigious accelerator.
