About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Valuations to take on a leadership role in the day-to-day valuation process. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading valuation reviews, performance analyses, and presentations to senior management. This role also involves the development of financial models for valuation support, as well as coordinating activities for the Valuation Committee and providing subject matter expertise on valuation-related projects. The VP will be expected to drive process enhancements and ensure that all activities are in line with industry best practices and regulatory standards. Applicants for the Vice President, Valuations position at the company should have a strong background in financial modeling and a deep understanding of valuation methodologies, particularly in the context of ASC 820 Fair Value Measurement. The role requires the ability to identify and present trends and performance drivers, as well as to manage relationships with key business decision makers, external auditors, and third-party valuation firms.
