- Protect the physical assets of CNE properties and ensure guest and employee safety.
- Prevent guests from entering with prohibited items and address policy violations.
- Patrol CNE facilities including casinos, smoke shops and parking lots.
- Greet and assist guests and respond to their queries.
- Render first aid and aid accidents and incidents.
- Detect and report suspicious activities and behavior.
- Maintain relationships with local law enforcement.
- Write detailed reports on incidents and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with age requirements and CNE policies.
- Assist with entry into gaming machines and escort employees as needed.
- Interview witnesses and prepare investigation reports.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of defensive tactics and surveillance systems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- CLEET unarmed security guard license within 180 days.
- CPR certification required.
- Competencies in accountability, accuracy, active learning, and confidentiality.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage conflicts.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Valid driver's license.
- Pass a CNE security approved custody control.
- Ability to obtain necessary gaming licensing.
- Ability to work in various environments, including outdoors in all types of weather.
