Transportation Team Leader

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our exceptional resident service teams, ensuring that our residents receive the best assistance during outings. As the Transportation Team Leader, you will supervise the transportation staff responsible for safely transporting residents to their appointments and activities using the community vehicles.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bus or van driver
• Previous leadership and supervisory experience preferred
• High school Diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Valid and current Commercial Driver's License required
• CPR and First Aid certification required

Additional Requirements:

• Clean DMV driving record
• Excellent communication skills, patience, and ability to handle stressful situations
• Client and customer-focused approach to problem-solving and goal setting

Pay Range: USD $30.86 - USD $38.58 /Hr.
