Senior Proprietary Trader – Multi-Strategy, Multi-Asset

What We're Looking For

We're actively seeking experienced traders and team leads with verifiable live performance. Ideal candidates have developed and deployed profitable trading strategies and are now looking for greater autonomy, transparency, and upside.

Who You Are

• Highly motivated and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
• Have a live strategy with a Sharpe ratio > 3.0 and strong return on capital
• Experience trading at a hedge fund, bank desk, or prop firm
• Capable of managing risk in different market regimes
• Possess sharp analytical and quantitative skills
• Entrepreneurial and independent, but collaborative when needed
• Deeply passionate about markets and trading
