Qualifications and Skills:

• Be aware of your candidate's right to work when submitting applications.
• Experience in writing and delivering documentation for network hardware end users; API experience is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of mobile services/apps and cloud platforms; mobile advertising experience is advantageous.
• Ability to create technical content for end users and developers, including manuals, guides, and specifications.
• Familiarity with scripting and programming concepts/languages preferred.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to produce customer-focused documentation.
• Address content gaps, incorporate feedback, and improve documentation quality.
