Technical Test Lead – Automated Testing/Java (service virtualization using CA LISA)

• Duration: Full Time
• Location: Foster City, CA

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the field can be considered in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in IT.

• At least 4 years of experience in SOA testing and web service automation using tools such as SOAPUI, Parasoft SOA Test, or CA LISA.
• At least 3 years of experience in test strategy and test design.
• At least 3 years of experience in scripting languages like Groovy or Core Java.
• Experience in service, end-to-end, regression, and performance testing of SOA applications.
• Experience with tools like HP ALM, Jenkins, and JIRA.
• At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience and interest in working in a global delivery environment.
• Experience in the insurance and card payment industries is desirable.
• Knowledge of Unix commands and basic shell scripting is desirable.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium and Apache JMeter is desirable.
• Some knowledge of service virtualization using CA LISA.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
