Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with 15+ years of experience and deep domain knowledge in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR). This role involves driving end-to-end enterprise technology strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing digital systems across applications, infrastructure, and integrations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain technical architectures for QSR systems, covering applications, data, and infrastructure
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute technology strategies for innovation and operational excellence
• Lead the design of scalable and interoperable technical solutions that meet business requirements
• Oversee system integration efforts to ensure efficient operations and data flow across QSR applications
• Enforce cybersecurity and data protection protocols across platforms and services
• Monitor system performance and implement optimization and tuning strategies
• Define and maintain architectural standards and governance frameworks ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices
• Mentor and guide technical teams, including architects, engineers, and tech leads
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to align technical solutions with business goals

• Minimum 15 years of experience in technical architecture roles
• Proven QSR domain expertise with deep knowledge of related systems and processes
• Proficiency in cloud architecture and enterprise cloud platforms (especially AWS)
• Strong background in solution design, system integration, and performance optimization
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and data privacy standards
• Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or Cloud Architecture certifications
• Experience delivering architectural initiatives in high-paced, customer-focused environments

TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent (preferred)

Education:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
