In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering a world-class candidate experience while also supporting recruiting operations. You will own interview scheduling, support hiring managers and recruiters, and help drive operational excellence across our hiring process through reporting and tooling. This is a unique opportunity to be both the face of Axion to prospective hires and the engine that powers our internal recruiting operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule interviews across time zones and stakeholders with speed and accuracyEnsure a smooth and professional experience for every candidate throughout the interview processPartner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to confirm logistics, prep materials, and share feedbackMaintain data integrity in our ATS (Ashby) and proactively identify issues or gapsOwn recruiting pipeline reporting in collaboration with the recruiting team; generate insights for weekly and monthly hiring metricsAssist with offer generation, background checks, and onboarding coordinationSupport implementation and optimization of recruiting tools and processesQualifications2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or HR operationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail; thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in using ATS platforms (experience with Ashby is a plus) and Excel/Google SheetsAnalytical mindset with an interest in process improvement and data-driven recruitingHigh EQ and a candidate-first mindsetComfortable managing multiple priorities across different teamsWhat We OfferOpportunity to shape the product marketing function and strategy at a pivotal growth stageWork with cutting-edge AI technology making a tangible impact in manufacturingCollaborative, mission-driven team and supportive leadershipGenerous time time offCompetitive compensation, equity, and benefitsLunch stipend...and much more!Ready to drive the future of manufacturing with AI?
