Magellan Solutions USA is a veteran-owned Call Center and BPO company with a track record of performance. Magellan is actively recruiting for a part-time Call Center Representative opportunity for a Federal client in Salem, VA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule:
- Days Worked - Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Tuesday and Wednesday - 10:00am to 2:00pm
- Saturday and Sunday - 3:00pm - 11:00pm
- Answers incoming calls and communicate with clients with respect, courtesy, empathy, tact, and professionalism.
- Troubleshoots situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers on the phone.
- Maintains an above average attendance record.
- Follows established standard operating procedures.
Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette).
- Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and highly organized.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Can work without direct supervision.
