SUPPORT SERVICE COORDINATOR I - State of Illinois : Job Details

The Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking to hire a Support Service Coordinator I for the Shapiro Center located in Kankakee, Illinois to serve as shift coordinator for Central Dietary Services on an assigned shift, scheduling work and overseeing the performance of duties, maintaining operating records and preparing routine or special reports. Ensures compliance with applicable Public Health, Public Aid, facility and department policies and procedures, as well as facility form guidelines relating to dietary, clothing and housekeeping are maintained. Performs simple clerical record maintenance pertaining to activities performed. Essential Functions Serves as shift coordinator for dietary services on an assigned shift. Serves as designated lead worker. Ensures that staff exercise safety precautions in the use of handling supplies, tools, materials and equipment.
