Effective Date(s): Immediately Staff Needed: Two (2) Special Education Supervisors Qualifications: Master's degree from an accredited college or university Valid New Jersey Supervisor Certificate in accordance with N. J. A. C. 6 A:9 B-12.7 Valid New Jersey certification as a Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant (LDTC), School Psychologist, School Social Worker, Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Teacher of Students with Disabilities with endorsement, or Teacher of the Handicapped Minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching or related educational experience in special education or as a member of a Child Study Team (CST) Demonstrate knowledge of child development of students with disabilities and special education laws and regulations (N.
