Join our team as a Sous Chef! This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a schedule including at least one weekend day. Pay range: $22-$24/hour.
Benefits:The Sous Chef manages food preparation, oversees daily kitchen operations, and assists the Chef. Responsibilities include ordering, inventory, training staff, and maintaining food safety standards. In the Chef's absence, the Sous Chef leads kitchen activities.
Essential duties include performing Chef duties, managing operations, training staff, enforcing standards, ensuring sanitation, managing food storage, ordering supplies, preparing food, and adhering to safety protocols.
