Role OverviewAs a Dynatrace Log Management and Analytics Solutions Engineer, you will be a key member of the sales team, providing technical support and expertise in observability, specifically in Log Management and Analytics. Your responsibilities include delivering demos, managing POCs both onsite and remote, building relationships with customers, and supporting RFIs & RFPs. You will collaborate with teams such as Dynatrace's innovation labs, Expert Services, CSMs, and marketing.
About YouYou should be ambitious, confident, self-motivated, with experience in a technical customer-facing role or as a Solutions Engineer. Passion for technology, technical sales, and articulating value is essential. Additional qualities include excellent communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot, manage multiple projects, and a willingness to travel up to 30%.
