As the Mobius Development (Dev) Manager, you will lead engineers to ensure best practices in software development. Your responsibilities include overseeing daily team activities—designing, building, testing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting software applications. You will ensure project milestones and budgets are met, establish functional requirements, review solutions, and resolve technical issues.
You will evaluate technical feasibility, optimize designs, and address production issues. Collaborating with other departments, you will develop strategies for design, technology, and product development, including vendor relations. You will also modify existing software for errors or upgrades, analyze data, and create high-quality software solutions.
Strong communication skills are essential, as you will regularly interact with customers, engineering teams, and management. You may assign tasks to programmers and engineers. A deep technical knowledge base is required, and you will report to top management, requiring familiarity with department processes.
