Shift leaders are key to our culture and operations. They manage daily store activities, oversee team members during their shift, and ensure excellent customer service. The shift leader reports to the General Manager.

• Oversee all staff during your shift
• Maintain company standards and service levels to boost sales and reduce costs
• Assist the General Manager and foster team collaboration
• Ensure customer satisfaction through monitoring and improving food, beverage, and service quality
• Respond to customer complaints and turn dissatisfied guests into repeat customers
• Maintain a safe working and guest environment
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, laws, and regulations
• Maintain consistent high-quality food preparation and service
• Uphold a professional restaurant image

Experience in management, customer service, or food service preferred.
