Role Summary:

We are seeking a Shelf Set Coordinator passionate about the Beer Industry. This role involves developing insights, identifying opportunities, and communicating recommendations to foster industry growth with internal partners and retail customers. We want someone who takes ownership of their work and strives for excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with retailers as a trusted Category advisor across all Beer business areas.
  • Develop impactful category analyses and consumer insights using syndicated and non-syndicated data sources.
  • Use space planning software to merchandise the beer department according to category and retailer strategy.
  • Coordinate and oversee the Independent C-Store Space Programs, including development, implementation, communication, and analysis.
  • Perform shelf resets in key retail accounts.
  • Manage planogram drawing and validation for resets.
  • Schedule Shelf Set Merchandisers weekly to ensure quality execution.
  • Ensure reset sell-in materials are stocked and allocated properly.
  • Assist the Sales Department with team sells, ride-alongs, and train Sales Reps on shelf space strategies.
  • Maintain call frequency and follow-up on executed accounts to ensure schematic accuracy.
  • Provide productivity and performance reports to senior management.

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • 1+ years of selling or merchandising experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift products up to 165 lbs, hang merchandise, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
