SharePoint ConsultantLocation: Hybrid Work Model Reporting to Winchester, VAOpen to Vienna, VA or Pensacola, FLPay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 optionsPosition Type: Multiyear ContractWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented SharePoint Consultant to support ourHR Finance and Vendor Management team. The successful candidate will beresponsible for supporting the redesign and build of the HR Risk Office SharePointSites.Responsibilities:• Collaborate with stakeholders from HR Risk, Vendor Management, and Financeteams to gather requirements and understand their needs for the redesigned site.• Design user-friendly and efficient layouts for the SharePoint site that integratesdata visualization tools (for example, PowerBI and Tableau).• Build and configure SharePoint site features, including document libraries, lists,workflows, and other functionalities that enhance collaboration and datamanagement.• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as PowerBI andTableau to provide insights and analytics for decision-making processes.• Ensure best practices in design, implementation, and governance of SharePointand BI tools.• Provide training and support to team members on how to effectively useSharePoint, PowerBI, and Tableau tools.• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the projectdeployment.• Continuously monitor and optimize site performance and user engagementbased on feedback.Qualifications:• Proven experience as a SharePoint developer/consultant with a strong portfolioof previous projects.• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint features, functionality, and bestpractices.• Proficient in data visualization tools, specifically PowerBI and Tableau, with aproven track record of developing dashboards and reports that drive businessoutcomes.• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in thecontext of SharePoint and BI tools.• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well ascollaboratively within a team.• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effectivestakeholder engagement.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience in HR, risk management, vendor management, or finance sectors.• Relevant certifications in SharePoint, Power BI, and Tableau are a plus.• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
