Our work spans insurance, hedge funds, private equity funds, private clients, and local tax laws and regulations in our respective jurisdictions, including Economic Substance, Pillar 2, VAT, and AEOI (FATCA/CRS).

Senior Tax Manager

As a member of our tax management team, the Senior Manager will contribute to the growth and development of our Tax practice while overseeing and participating in the preparation of U.S. corporate income tax returns and related compliance filings for multinational and domestic clients.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to growth and development of the Tax practice
  • Oversee and participate in the preparation of U.S. corporate income tax returns and related compliance filings for multinational and domestic clients
Requirements
  • CPA, EA, or legal professional designation (LLM in Tax preferred)
  • 6-8 years of U.S. tax experience
  • Solid understanding of U.S. federal corporate income tax compliance
  • Experience in U.S. corporate tax and familiarity with ASC 740
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience managing and mentoring staff
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during busy periods
  • Relocation to Cayman (assistance and work permit sponsorship provided)
