Senior Software Engineer - Korn Ferry : Job Details

Salary: $200-300,000 base + Equity + Benefits

They are now seeking multiple Senior Software Engineers to join their fast-paced, high-performing team.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and scale high-performance distributed systems that power AI-driven products and experiences.
• Collaborate closely with AI/ML, product, and infrastructure teams to bring cutting-edge innovations into production.
• Tackle complex architectural challenges across data pipelines, event-driven systems, and real-time personalization engines.
• Champion engineering best practices in a cloud-native environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Bring a product mindset to your code—shaping features from design through to deployment.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of professional experience (or 4+ with an advanced degree) in software engineering.
• Strong experience building and operating distributed systems at scale.
• Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes (K8s).
• Experience with streaming and data tools like Kafka, Spark, or similar.
• Ability to discuss and demonstrate how you've leveraged AI/ML in production environments whether through recommendation systems, personalization, automation, or ops.
• A scrappy, startup mindset with a bias toward action, ownership, and rapid iteration.

Nice to Have

• Experience in high-growth startup environments where you've worn multiple hats.
• Contributions to open-source distributed systems or cloud-native tooling.
