Senior Sales Director, CTV & Digital Media (Remote)

Location: Remote (US-based) with preference for candidates in major media markets (NYC, LA, Chicago); occasional travel to key industry hubs

The Role

We're seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Director to drive our Connected TV (CTV) and digital media sales initiatives. You'll build and own a multi-million-dollar pipeline, leverage YouTube ad products, programmatic platforms, and first-party data partnerships to close high-value deals, and mentor a team of emerging sales talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Source, pitch, and close major CTV and digital media partnerships with agencies and brands.

  • Strategic Planning: Design go-to-market strategies for YouTube Direct-sold, YouTube Select, programmatic buys via DV360, and LiveRamp-enabled audience segments.

  • Revenue Forecasting: Maintain and report on an accurate sales funnel; drive quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, analytics, marketing, and ad ops teams to tailor solutions and ensure flawless campaign delivery.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of media sales success, with deep CTV and digital advertising expertise.

  • Proven track record selling YouTube ad products (Direct-sold, YouTube Select) and executing DV360 programmatic campaigns.

  • Hands-on experience with LiveRamp or equivalent first-party data onboarding platforms.

  • Strong relationships across agency trading desks and brand marketers.

  • History of exceeding multimillion-dollar revenue goals.

  • Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
