• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology.

• At least 6 years of experience in Project Management and implementation.
• At least 9 years of hands-on experience in Manual Functional, Regression, Automation, and End-to-End testing of Web-based, Desktop, & Mainframe applications.
• At least 6 years of experience in Client engagement and people management.
• At least 8 years of experience in Project Management and implementation.
• Ability to manage technology and performance engineering.
• Knowledge of architectural frameworks and design principles.
• Basic domain knowledge in Capital markets.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and manage diverse/multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to create, maintain, and analyze project and domain-level metrics.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
