Job Description :

As a Senior Program Coordinator, you will support the Post-graduate Central Academic Team at Hult International Business School based in Boston (Cambridge), Massachusetts, to maintain the highest academic and student services standards. The Program Coordinator plans, organizes, and carries out day-to-day academic and student facing operations as well as critical projects by supporting the Provost, Dean of Online Programs and Global Assistant Dean of PG Programs and Program Management team with various aspects of program planning and execution including:

  • Assisting with curriculum and course coordination across all online and partnership programs
  • Coordinating critical projects related to ESG content curation and course coordination across all post-graduate programs
  • Assisting with the development of online course pages and supporting with digital content curation
  • Serving as first point of contact to advise students on academic, student life and program guidance in specific online programs and serve as a resource to gather student feedback, questions, and concerns
  • Advise students on academic system navigation, course selection and registration, program goals, academic progress, and address student concerns
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of online programs and provide faculty and course facilitation support during live-online course sessions
  • Support with the coordination and execution of online guest speaker events
  • Develop program presentation materials for prospective, confirmed and matriculated students
  • Provide administrative support for all aspects of the program including setting up course pages, posting updates, assisting with student registration, posting grades, and running student progress reports
  • Support with major annual campus events like orientation and graduation activities.
  • Other duties as assigned
This is a multi-function role incorporating project management skills, operations and administration, student advising, faculty support, course coordination and delivery support, with global constituents.

Note: This role requires in-office/on-campus presence at our Cambridge, MA campus 4 days a week with 1 day work-from-home (WFH) benefit. The 1-day/week WFH benefit is subject to change at any time should the School change its approach. Some weekend and evening course support will be required. When weekend course support is required, the on-campus presence requirement for the prior or following week may be adjusted to account for weekend work time.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes)
  • Experience in academic programming, curriculum coordination, digital content curation preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of ESG trends, whether via prior work experience or education is highly desirable
  • A proven track record in administration and experience in an academic environment is preferable
  • Be skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Canvas
  • Have excellent communication skills, written and oral, in day-to-day dealings with faculty, staff, and students
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Be good at problem solving and have the attitude that ‘nothing is impossible'
  • Have excellent project management skills
  • Native English speaker or similar level of written and spoken English.
  • Proven track record and commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Highly analytical with excellent problem solving and project management capabilities.
  • Flexible approach to work and able to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
