POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Senior Maintenance Project Manager plays a critical leadership role in supporting large-scale federal building operations and facilities management. This position oversees a team responsible for maintenance, safety, and project execution across over 1 million square feet of infrastructure. The role supports the Executive Project Manager and ensures consistent operations, contract compliance, and team coordination with union and federal stakeholders.
