Infosys is seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer. In this role, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture, and Design. You will play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts and delivering high-quality code for modules, leading validation for all testing types, and supporting activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. You will be part of a learning culture that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and diversity.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC or Maryland Heights, MO, or be willing to relocate. Travel to project locations may be required.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the field may substitute for each year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Must Have Skills:

• Experience in Core Java, Java 8, J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful web services, API development, Maven.
• Experience developing web and microservices applications.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in CSS3, JavaScript, XML, HTML5, JQuery, Bootstrap.
• Experience with React JS / Angular JS.
• Experience with AWS RDS, MySQL databases.
• Knowledge of AWS services such as CloudTrail, CloudWatch, storage, computing, networking.
• Experience in Design Review, Code Review, Architecture Review, and participating in architect forums like Architecture Review Board.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead technical meetings and represent Infosys with clients.
• Ability to work in diverse, multi-stakeholder environments and in a global delivery setting.
• Experience with File Transmission, Networking, and security code scans.
• Understanding of Containers & Docker architecture.

The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Travel may be required.
