If you are great at nurturing partner relationships, developing and executing business plans, leading a team of ecommerce professionals, and increasing operational efficiencies, we want you to apply! These efforts extend across a variety of selling platforms including Amazon, Walmart.com, eBay, and others. This is a full time role that works a hybrid schedule (60% in office each week) based in Lehi, Utah.What is a day in the life of a Senior Ecommerce Manager?Nurture of a portfolio of 4-6 partner brandsLead the development and implementation of brand-specific marketplace selling strategiesRun daily marketplace operationsServe as the marketplace expert with a deep knowledge of platform capabilities and business leversEvaluate competitive landscape and develop strategies to maximize business growthLead all weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with brand partnersDeliver the highest levels of operational executionPartner with Operations team to ensure optimal in-stock and inventory positionPartner with Advertising team to develop brand-specific advertising strategiesWhat will I need to thrive in this role?Bachelor's degree in business or related programExperience leading .com or marketplace commercial efforts (D2C, Amazon, Walmart.com, etc.)Outstanding analytical and data management skillsSelf-motivated and proactiveHigh ethical standardsWhat does high performance look like?You follow through with all assignments in a timely mannerYou give 100% to all tasks and projects you are givenYou actively comment and participate in group collaborationsYou will take full ownership of your projects and follow through to completionYou are detail-oriented and organizedWhat is the team like?You will work with other Senior Ecommerce Managers and be supervised by the Director of Ecommerce. You will also be mentored by the VP of Ecommerce and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team and your brand partner executives to implement actionable solutions.
