Job Details

The Senior Clinical Specialist will collaborate with the Regional Sales Director and Territory Manager within a defined geographic area to engage with existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals). The goal is to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care, and to demonstrate how our products can help achieve these goals and meet patient/client needs. By providing case coverage, the Senior Clinical Specialist will contribute to meeting sales goals, achieving company objectives, and increasing revenue.

  • Collaborate with the Territory Manager to ensure good case coverage and positive clinical outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary resource for clinical support, including coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education for company products.
  • Inform customers about the latest product, therapy, and technology developments through active engagement in procedural and technical discussions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to link clinical data to key messaging.
  • Meet with customers to identify clinical needs and provide solutions using company products.
  • Communicate account information to the local territory manager regularly.
  • Support monitoring of product inventory levels.
  • Share insights on competitive products or account issues with the appropriate team members.
  • Educate customers on the proper clinical use of company products.
  • Lead review of challenging or complex cases, and develop content for regional or area clinical calls.
  • Support the creation and dissemination of educational content for internal teams.
  • Provide case support and coverage for complex cases requiring advanced clinical expertise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    The base pay offered will consider factors such as location, education, skills, and experience. Incentives may include commissions for sales roles, and discretionary annual bonuses for non-sales roles, with eligibility and amounts governed by applicable plans.     The salary range for this role is $66,060.29 - $109,051.90 annually.
