The Security Officer performs safety and security tours according to established Security Department Management Plans and Standard Operating Procedures. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: High School degree or equivalent. LICENSE/ CERTIFICATION: FEMA Certification: Incident Command System (IS) required within 6 months from date of hire or transfer. CPI required within 6 months from date of hire or transfer; once obtained kept current at all times. IS 100 Introduction to Incident Command System IS-200 ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incidents IS 700 National Incident Management System (NIMS) IS 907 Active Shooter Training IAHSS -- required within 12 months of hire or transfer Atlanti.
